  • Q. Do you guarantee your work?

  • Q. Do I need to be home?

    A. If it is your first appointment then you will need to be home for the beginning and completion of your project. If you are a continuing customer, then other arrangements can possible be made.
  • Q. Do you provide free estimates?

    A. We offer free estimates via our website, email, text messages or by phone. If you want an estimate conducted at your residence, there will be a fee of $95.
  • Q. Do you require payment up front?

    A. No, payment is not required until the job is complete. If the job requires me to buy expensive materials, I may request that you pay in advance for them.

    A. We do our best to assist you in an emergency situations. We will try to re-arrange our schedule to accommodate you.
  • Q. How far will you travel?

    A. My service area includes all of Orange County California. I do take on jobs that are outside of Orange County as long as it makes sense for me to take them on.
  • Q. Do you take away construction trash?

    A. We do not take away trash resulting from our jobs. Most trash can be disposed of in your regular trash pickup. There are some items that cannot be disposed of in your regular trash. For those items, we can make arrangements to dispose of them for you for a fee.

    A. All payments are due upon completion of the work
